Friday Nightat 5/11 at the Pavilion

What happened at the Pavilion last night? Drove by around 11:30-12am on my way home and the cops were shutting the place down. About a dozen or so kids in their early 20s I would guess, hung around across the street from my house drinking beers in the street till around 1am.

Wyndham Pointe

Considering looking at houses in the development (Vista Drive, Greenbriar, etc). Seems like many house for sale and have previously been sold. Any particular reason for why many are selling/moving out? Is it due to flooding? I understand that areas wasn't badly hit last year. Anyone with info would appreciate a quick response.

Village Mall

I was wondering why there are so many empty stores in the Village Mall?

Is it traffic?

Were the businesses poorly run?

Are the owners of the mall bad landlords?

Is the rent sky high?
