So I'm debating between Oakwood, Kings and Netcong Heights...
I have been on every rental website and pretty much have an idea that most of them are similar. I'm not really from the area...I'm from Sussex County and got promoted to a job near Parsippany. I would rather live out here in the semi-wilderness, not downtown.
If anyone has any pros/cons, that would be great.

Does anyone know why so many trees were cut down and why they were left there near the cornfield? It's such a mess. Some of them have been disappearing, just sad it was done.

Does any one else live here? They are now enforcing new parking rules where you have to give them advanced notice if you plan to have a guest stay over night.
I kind of get it if parking is a problem, but it isn't. We now live in a college dorm.
